With over 26,000 employees and annual budgets of around £10.3 billion, Transport for London provides public transportation services, operating and maintaining transit facilities such as train stations, trams, road networks, boats and bus terminals. The new Crossrail Central Operating Section (CCOS) makes up most of the route to be used by the Elizabeth line services that is not part of the Network Rail network.
CAMS was invited in 2018 to create seventeen operations and maintenance manuals for the new CCOS in readiness for going live in 2022.
